How does The Wee Believers Toy Company ship my purchases?
We provide several shipping options depending on the specifications of your order. Shipping methods and prices are available when you enter the shopping cart. Most orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
If you call 877.WEE.BLVR (877.933-2587) prior to ordering online, we will do our best to inform you of expected shipping & handling costs.
How do I cancel my order if I need to?
Many orders will process and ship within one business day. However, we will do our best to meet any cancellation request. Please call 877.WEE.BLVR (877.933-2587) or email us immediately at email@example.com to request cancellation.
A restocking fee of $15.00 may apply on order cancellations that have already shipped.
How do I return my purchase to The Wee Believers Toy Company?
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned if approval is secured from us within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please call us at 877.WEE.BLVR (877.933-2587) to notify us that your merchandise is damaged and you wish to return it, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the return is due to our error (if the item we sent was incorrect or damaged). Customer is responsible for return shipping if the product is being exchanged unless the return is due to our error.
